We hired them to replace our tile and carpet on the first floor of our home with wood look tile. From the moment we walked into the store to select flooring to the very end this has been a great experience. These guys take customer service to heart and provide you with what you want. The knowledge they have about the products they provide while selecting is great. Jorge with his visit to the home and quote was also great. The crew that came and performed the work did an excellent job of working along with us while still inhabiting the second floor of the house. They cleaned the areas they worked in each day to keep them in order (granted there was dust everywhere from the existing tile removal). Jorge even had his guys come back and replace a tile that we accidentally chipped while washing dishes a few hours after the crew had just completed the job and left!
